IKJONPrivacy Policy
1. Who we are
IKJON Joint Rehab ("the app") is provided by IKJON Consulting & Education Centre, Uzbekistan ("IKJON", "we", "us"). Contact: ikjonoec@gmail.com or Telegram / Instagram @ikjon_education.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, photos or contacts, and the app does not use cookies, advertising IDs, analytics or tracking tools.
3. Information stored on your device
To make the app work, it saves the following in your browser's local storage on your own device only:
- the plan you choose (injury or programme, start date, plan length, days completed and ticked tasks);
- your session log (date, pain score from 0–10 and any notes you type);
- that you accepted the Terms of Use, and the date.
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you. Pain scores and notes are health-related, so we recommend protecting your device with a screen lock.
4. Technical data when the app loads
When you open or update the app, your device downloads the app's files from our web host. Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in its server logs so it can deliver the files securely. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else. All exercise photos, the logo and fonts are packaged with the app, so the app does not contact other websites.
5. Google Play
If you install the app from Google Play, Google processes information about your download under the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive anonymous, aggregated statistics from Google (for example, the number of installs). We receive no personal information from Google.
6. Permissions
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not have any.
8. Children
The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. Young people under 16 should use it together with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
9. Your choices and control
- Export: In Privacy & settings you can save a copy of your plan and log.
- Delete: In Privacy & settings you can delete all app data on this device at any time.
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing your browser's site data, also deletes everything.
10. Security
Because your information never leaves your device, it cannot be exposed by a breach of our systems. The app is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
11. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and similar laws elsewhere, you have rights to know what personal data is processed about you, and to access, correct or delete it. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide or delete, but you can contact us with any question.
12. Future changes
If we ever add features that need personal data (for example accounts or payments), we will update this policy before the feature launches, explain exactly what is collected and why, and ask for your permission where the law requires it. The date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
